Right of withdrawal
You can change your mind. Within 14 days of receiving your order you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (Decree-Law 24/2014).
How it works
- Tell us within 14 days of the day you received the goods (for a split delivery, the last item). Email support@dearlume.shop with your order number, or send the form below by post or email.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Dearlume — CONFECÇÕES VIRGINIA CASTRO, LDA, Sítio Cadilhe, 4495-111 Amorim, Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. Please pack them well; tiles are fragile. The return postage is paid by you.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice — the price of the items and the standard delivery cost — using the same payment method. We may wait until the items arrive back or you show proof of sending.
Only a loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them can be deducted. Using a trivet under a hot pot, for example, is more than checking it.

Damaged or wrong item?
That is not a withdrawal but a matter of the legal guarantee: we put it right at our cost. Write to us with your order number and a photo, ideally within a few days of delivery so we can also claim from the carrier. See Legal guarantee.
